When does my order begin?

The start time for your order depends on the service you've selected. It could start instantly or be delayed by up to 24 hours. You can find the exact start time listed on the Service Description page. Please check it before placing your order. Also, keep in mind that for YouTube services, it might take up to 6 hours for you to see the changes because YouTube doesn't update stats in real-time.

How can I find out more information about the services ?

You can check out our Services and Pricing page to see all the services we currently offer. For more detailed information on each service, visit the New Order Page. There, you'll find a drop-down menu with various options for each platform and service type. Since our services often change, we suggest reviewing this information before making any new orders.

Can I get Views, Subscribers, Likes, Followers, from a specific country?

We offer a Geo-Targeted YouTube Views service whenever possible. To check if this service is available and which countries are offered, visit the New Order page, look under the YouTube Views service options, and search for Geo-Targeted Views. You'll be able to select the country from which you want your views to come. If the country you're interested in isn't listed in the dropdown, it means we currently don't have view delivery from that country. Our available countries change based on our viewer and customer base. If you don't see the option for Geo-Targeted views, it means the service isn't available at the moment. All other Views services are from viewers worldwide, and the country of origin may vary as our delivery methods change. Geo-Targeted services will be clearly labeled as such. If you don't see 'Geo' in the service title, you can assume it's not Geo-Targeted.

When opening a support ticket, please provide as much information as possible so we can quickly address your question or issue. Be sure to include the link/URL for any orders you have questions about. Our customer support is available 24/7, 365 days a year. We aim to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours, often much quicker. Please refrain from opening multiple support tickets for the same issue, as this will delay the response time for all customers. Do your services drop? What happens if what I purchased drops?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that the services we provide won't drop. But every service has a Refilling feature. This is because social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc., often change their algorithms, which can affect our delivery methods. We strive to deliver the highest quality services, but changes can happen at any time, so we can't promise that the services you purchase won't drop. Each of our services has different delivery methods, features, and refill policies, which you can find detailed in the Service Description. If you encounter any issues with an order, please open a Support Ticket, and we will investigate. If the service you purchased includes a refill policy, we will restart your order to ensure completion. If we're unable to complete the order, we'll issue a refund for any undelivered services.

What is the watch time/retention of your views?

You can find the estimated retention or watch time for the service you're interested in on the Service Description page. Since we offer various services with different watch times, please review all the options before making your purchase. Our only service with guaranteed watch time/retention is our High Retention Views service (if you don't see this service listed on the Order Page, it means it's currently disabled). Please keep in mind that our services and their associated watch time/retention may change periodically.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

For regular customers, the minimum deposit amount is $10.00 USD. However, resellers have higher minimum deposits in exchange for lower costs for services.

How do I deposit funds?

Once you're logged into your buyinstagramfollowers account, look for the 'Go To Account' box in the top right corner and click on it. This will take you to your customer dashboard. On the dashboard, you'll find the 'Deposit Funds' option in the top right corner. Click on it, and you'll be directed to our secure payment system. From there, you can specify the amount in USD that you want to deposit and choose one of our payment methods. Please note that our minimum deposit amount is $10 USD.

What is the minimum order amount?

For regular customer accounts, the minimum deposit is $10 USD (higher for Resellers). However, for individual services, the minimum order amount varies depending on the service. You can find a list of all services and their respective order minimums on our Services and Pricing guide, or on the New Order page for the specific service you're interested in.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it's not always possible to cancel it. Many of our services have rapid delivery speeds, making it difficult to cancel before completion. If you need to cancel an order, please open a Support Ticket, and we'll try our best to stop it if it's still in progress. However, refunds are only issued for undelivered services. Once a service has been delivered, refunds are not provided. Please note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order once it's in progress.
